Cancellation Policy

All of our time is very valuable and as a courtesy to the staff here at Timeless
Beauty and other clients, should you need to cancel or reschedule your
appointment, please do so within 24 hours of your appointment. 

Timeless Beauty reserves the right to charge 50% of the scheduled service for

same day cancellations.

Timeless Beauty reserves the right to charge 100% of the scheduled service

for no shows.

​

A NO-SHOW is considered as either not showing up for the appointment at all,
or contact AFTER appointment start time.

We realize emergencies do come up and schedules do change, so the sooner
we know the more likely we are to be able to open the space up to someone
else.
